Review Committee


A CSQ evaluation and certifying consists of the ACSQ Review Committee (ARC) and ACSQ Board of Directors. Applications for initial evaluation for certification are evaluated by the ARC for approval. Final certification is approved by the ACSQ Board of Directors from recommendations by the ARC.

ACSQ Review Committee (ARC)

Members of the ARC include physicians, surgeons, lawyers, scientists, nurses and members of the community. ARC provides a balanced evaluation with the tenants of establishing standards of excellence. Members are appointed for 2 years and are leaders within the community. Review Committee members meet at defined times throughout the year. All members of the ARC have proven commitments to the establishment of quality measures in excellence within defined specialties.

ACSQ Board of Directors

Members of the ARC include physicians, surgeons, lawyers, scientists, nurses and members of the community. ACSQ Board of Directors establish guidelines and determine final approval of all centers of excellence institutions. Board of Directors are appointed for 5 years and include direction for various research initiatives and fund drive initiatives. ACSQ Board of Directors participate in various academic and charity events and are committed to the establishment in excellence within defined specialties.
